Software Integration Service

Connect business systems so people stop copying data between tools and spreadsheets.

Software integration means getting systems that were never designed together to share data reliably. IKRC builds integration services that connect internal applications, databases, SaaS products, APIs, file feeds and reporting systems.

Signs an integration would help

  • Staff re-enter the same customer, order or billing data in two or more systems
  • Monthly reports depend on exports and spreadsheet cleanup
  • Inventory or account data disagrees between systems, and nobody knows which one is right
  • A vendor offers an API but no ready-made connector for your workflow
  • An older system still does its job but cannot talk to newer tools

What happens when a vendor says slow down

When a SaaS API limits request rates, the status code defined for it is HTTP 429 Too Many Requests, which may include a Retry-After header saying how long to wait. Retrying straight away can keep the integration throttled, and treating a 429 as a permanent failure can leave records unsent, with nobody aware unless the failure is logged where staff will see it. IKRC builds integrations to honor Retry-After when the vendor sends it, to retry only operations that are safe to repeat, and to log records that failed with enough detail for support staff to fix the data and replay them.

Before building, each field needs an owning system; a two-way sync without that rule can overwrite good data with stale data. The API Integration Services That Survive Production guide covers source-of-truth rules and support visibility in more depth. For tenant boundaries in shared platforms, read Multi-Tenant Software Is a Boundary Problem, Not a Database Column.
